My name is Natalia and I am delighted to bring a moment of sweetness into your life. I am a certified chocolatier with a background in Food & Beverage Management, WSET Level 2 in Wines and Spirits, and decades of experience in the Hospitality Industry.

It all began with an out-of-nowhere’ decision to take an Introduction to Chocolate course. Further the line, it was followed by multiple other courses and later, continued with an extensive training with an extraordinary team of talented professionals at Chocolate Academy in Montreal.
It’s been a humbling, incredibly rewarding experience since, as I’ve learned from some of the most outstanding Chocolate Masters such as, Philippe Vancayseele and Christophe Morel.

From the moment I’ve embarked on this journey, it was nothing but a dream. Yet, it is turning into one of my biggest inspirations. The aim is to take you, all fans and chocolate lovers alike, into my world made of sweetness, wonder and magic. I hope you find it enjoyable and delightful.
