Unfortunately, since we are dealing with delicate items and perishable products, once the package leaves Kakao Chocolate workshop, it is no longer refundable or exchangeable.
In case of breakage or of damaged content during transportation, please fill up the Contact Form and submit your request with detailed explanations on the receiving end.
Kakao Chocolate treasures every single customer and Your order will be replaced with the condition that the content remains untouched and it is returned to the delivery personnel.
